Our store is currently open for in-store shopping, in accordance with Ontario Government and Ministry of Health regulations. We’re committed to the safety of our employees, customers and community during these unprecedented times.

1. Mask and Face Covering Policies and Procedures

In accordance with the Ontario Government and Ministry of Health regulations, we require all in-store shoppers to wear a mask or face-covering that fits securely to the head with ties or ear loops, is made of at least two layers of tightly woven material (such as cotton or linen), and is large enough to completely and comfortably cover the nose and mouth without gaping.

If you meet the exemption criteria set out by the Government of Ontario, we are pleased to help you shop with us over the phone, through social media (Facebook or Instagram messenger) or by email for curbside pickup or delivery. 

Since we have a number of staff members who have serious health concerns and underlying conditions, and at-risk individuals within our community, we need to ensure that their health and well-being are protected.

2. Shopping Policies and Procedures

If you are wearing a face-covering, you are more than welcome to shop in-store. 

However, if you are exempt from wearing a face covering, as listed above, we are here to help. You can shop with us through one of the following methods: over the phone, through social media (Facebook or Instagram messenger) or by email for curbside pickup or delivery. 

Our curbside pickup process is to take your order over the phone, through social media (Facebook or Instagram messenger) or email. Once we receive the order, we will locate your items and confirm once your order is ready (usually within an hour). Depending on the order, the items and paperwork are either with the yard team or cashiers for pick up; this will be confirmed with you when we let you know that your order is ready.

Once you arrive at the store, we will provide you with your ordered items and ask you to pay via credit or debit card at the provided in-person terminal (located within the first 6-feet of our store), EFT or Online Banking payment options.

Please note: Debit cards can only be used at the in-person payment terminal.

3. Payment Processing Policies and Procedures

We are committed to being PCI Compliant when managing your payments for in-store shopping, curbside and delivery. 

Curbside shopping:

If curbside shopping, we offer the following payment methods: in-store payment at provided terminals (located within the first 6-feet of our store), EFT and Online Banking payment options, or credit card processing over the phone. Please note: Debit cards can only be used at the in-person payment terminal. 

Online payment options: 

Unfortunately, we are not set up for online shopping and payment processing. However, we are doing everything we can to ensure that you are able to shop with us safely and securely via phone, delivery or curbside pickup. 

Debit card payments:

Debit cards can be used only at the in-person payment terminal. It is strictly against our policy to accept debit payments over the phone or through any other method other than the customer using the in-person payment terminal directly. 

4. Additional COVID-19 Best Practices and Procedures

Increased cleaning, disinfecting and social distancing best practices are in place, including plexiglass screens at the checkout and floor markings to help customers and staff stay safe.
